Steering Committee

Is responsible for the managing the human resources for all the committees and for directing the course of action of each of the sub-committees. The sub-committees should always report back to the steering committee on a regular basis and refer back with any problems.

The steering committee will:

• Collate regional information
• Guide and assist the regional reps
• Articulate action plans for each region

There should be regular meetings of each committee with the steering committee.

There should be meetings between the regional reps and all the committees, perhaps every 6 months.
