3rd Educational Ziyarat Trip in Iraq and Syria (Sun 18 Dec 2011 to Sun 01 Jan 2012)

The Imam Al-Asr Educational Ziyarat Trip (EZT) to Iraq and Syria is held every winter under the guidance of Hujjatul Islam Syed Sabzwary. Our experience has shown that while living in the West, it is often difficult to develop ethical and moral values that have been taught to us by the Holy Quran and the Holy Ahlul-bayt (a.s).

The objective of this trip is to provide an opportunity for ziyarat and a suitable environment to learn about religion and the philosophy of ziyarat.

By the grace of Allah, EZT has held this trip annually to Iraq since 2009, in which hundreds of people from Europe and North America have participated.

The course includes the ziyarat of six holy Imams (Imam Ali (as), Imam Hussain (a.s), Imam Musa Kazim (a.s), Imam Mohammad Taqi (a.s), Imam Ali Naqi (a.s) and Imam Hassan Askari (a.s)), ziyarat of Bibi Zainab (s.a), classes, sightseeing and many other cultural, social and religious activities in Karbala, Najaf, Kufa, Kazmain, Samarra and Sham. This trip also gives you the opportunity to meet Muslims from around the world.

The trip is limited to 40 participants. There is no age restriction and families are welcome. Classes are mandatory for youth aged 15-25 and optional for adults over the age of 25. The registration will take place on a first-come first-served basis, so register today to avoid disappointment.

The package for UK participants is approx. £1,485 and includes the visa, a return flight from London Heathrow to Iraq, accommodation, food, and local travel. Cost for people joining in Iraq is approx. USD $1,300.

Costs
